[BDM | Innovation in Technology Blog] Since all County Councils essentially have the same roles and responsibilities, I’m surprised there isn’t a portal offering that they could subscribe to - the ongoing fee would cover updates like RSS, OPML, moving to Web 2.0, API’s etc. as they are developed - and the company that got the fee would make a tidy profit while having the funds to provide all the CC’s with a great, and constantly improving e-services.
