[E-Government News] Yet the Police succeeded in proving the guilt of the accused by using the appropriate provisions under the law (Section 65B of Indian Evidence Act) and the services of the Cyber Evidence Archival Centre. In this case, it was not only the police and the law that proved their capability for meeting cyber crime threats but the judiciary also proved that it can raise to the task of adequately responding to sophisticated cyber crimes.

[E-Government News] Korea willing to share technical skills with UAE September 24th, 2006 By Samir Salama, Bureau ChiefAbu Dhabi: South Korea is prepared to provide the UAE with its experiences and knowhow in the fields of e-government, broadband infrastructure including WiBro (wireless broadband) and DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting) technologies, said Prime Minister Han Myeong-sook. Myeong-sook was speaking on the eve of an official visit to the UAE, during which she will have talks with His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
