[ DIKLAT Instansi Yogyakarta] Dalam materi pelatihan pertama “Membangun Web Dengan Mudah dan Cepat” dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam membangun web resmi pemerintah daerah atau instansi dengan menekankan pada : fungsi , kualitas, tampilan dan inovasi pada website. Berbeda dengan waktu dulu yang membangun website cukup rumit dan lama serta membutuhkan seorang web master serta biaya yang sangat besar.

EU Report - E-Gov Sites Fail In Area of Accessibility

[FreedomSight] These websites show how good design features such as clear layout, simple background with good contrast and features that are linked from the Home Page can have a significant impact on accessibility and usability. The report revealed that only 3% of the 436 online public service websites achieved a Level A rating which is considered to be the minimum standard under the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
