NY County Clerk's Office Launches First Subscriber Service in Nation

[FreedomSight] Government Technology reports that Suffolk County, New York is blazing an e-government trail with the launch of a subscriber based Virtual County Clerk's Office. The service will allows subscribers to "perform title searches for residential and commercial property, do background searches for employment and credit worthiness, or procure other land property documents..." and receive e-mail alerts on new information added to the clerk's online database.

Live 8 tickets on eBay for £1000 a pair
